Fully Managed Acquires HIT Business Solutions

With a larger and broader technical team, an enhanced level of service will be delivered immediately to clients in Vancouver and Edmonton.

Fully Managed Inc., a provider of hosting, IT support and management services, yesterday announced the acquisition of HIT Business Solutions, an IT service provider.

The company states that it has entered into an agreement to acquire HIT Business Solutions (HIT). All staff in Vancouver and Edmonton will be retained in addition to several new key positions being announced in both cities. At 35 employees, the company will now deliver services to clients in both Vancouver and Edmonton. With a larger and broader technical team, an enhanced level of service will be delivered immediately to clients in both cities.
