The company states that its Dedicated Exchange Hosting Premium plan comes with redundant Active Directory controllers, a virtual dedicated Exchange Server, and a virtual dedicated SharePoint Standard Server protected by clustered firewalls with perimeter antivirus. Plans include free account management and implementation plans provided by its support team. Every virtual dedicated server is hosted on the company's Enterprise Virtualization Environment (E.V.E.), which includes features such as clustered NetApp SAN with RAID-DP, VMware HA clustering, and clustered enterprise firewalls, and a 100% uptime guarantee. It also provides Virtual KVM, Virtual CD/DVD & Floppy, and Virtual Power Buttons, plus the choice of Windows 2003 or Windows 2008, preinstalled.

It further states that all servers and data hosted with the company are stored on its clustered storage area network (SAN), which is configured to survive any single point of failure. Dedicated Exchange Hosting includes the ability to install and use any third party Exchange Server applications. The company's Dedicated Exchange Hosting Premium plan also contains optional features such as Active Directory / Single Sign-On, which allows a Privately Hosted Exchange environment to be integrated into an office Active Directory or Microsoft Windows based network.
