Appoints Philip Rydzewski as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
INX Inc., a provider of IP communications and data center solutions for enterprise organizations, recently announced that Philip Rydzewski has been named the company's new Chief Financial Officer.
The company mentions that most recently Rydzewski was providing a variety of CFO services to public and private companies on a consulting basis. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds an inactive CPA license.
Jim Long, Executive Chairman, stated, "We are pleased to announce that Phil has joined the organization. We undertook an extensive recruiting and interviewing process to find the right person to steer us through the conclusion of our current financial restatement efforts and provide strong technical accounting and financial leadership for the future."
