eNom Now Offers Comodo SSL Certificates

Company updates website security offering with Comodo SSL Certificates.

eNom, Inc., an ICANN accredited domain name Registrar, today announced that its existing Secure Business Services (SBS) range of website security, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates will be replaced with the SSL certificates from Comodo, a provider of digital security services and software. The company claims that the product range update is designed specifically to ensure that its resellers have access to the most recognized and valuable range of security products available.

It explains that SSL certificates are designed to show website visitors that the key business details of the site they are visiting have been validated, promoting online security and engendering trust amongst online consumers. Individuals, small, medium and large businesses can all benefit from an increased level of trust by authenticating their website with the most recognizable brand of SSL certificates. SBS Instant, SBS Secure, SBS Secure Plus, SBS EV and SBS SGC EV certificates have been replaced on eNom, eNomCentral & BulkRegister with Comodo Essential SSL (DV), Comodo Instant SSL, Comodo Premium SSL Wildcard, Comodo EV SSL Certificate and Comodo EV SSL SGC. The new products are available today to the company's resellers.

"At eNom, we recognize that guaranteeing online security and building trust with consumers is more important than ever for online businesses. That's why we are committed to continually offering our resellers and their customers the most respected and well recognized products," said Chris Sheridan, Vice President of Sales at eNom. "There could be no better partner to help us serve that commitment, than market leader Comodo."

"Online consumers demand security and if not adequately provided will vote with their feet - or rather their mice - and leave a website. Comodo offers reassurance to those consumers and we're excited to be able to do so through eNom's ever expanding range of resellers," said Melih Abdulhayoglu, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Security Architect of Comodo.
