Outsourcery Becomes Parallels Platinum Partner

Outsourcery to deliver enterprise-class cloud computing services to businesses through Parallels Automation.

Parallels, a provider of virtualization and automation software, today announced that Outsourcery, a unified communications and hosting provider, has become a Platinum Partner.

The company articulates that recently named Microsoft worldwide Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year 2010, Outsourcery needed a new reliable and scalable platform to cater for its strong growth and chose Parallels Automation to deliver unified communications. Parallels Automation enables Outsourcery to launch more cloud services to its customers, with faster time to market, as well as providing flexibility to white-label the service for its Channel Partners. The Parallels Partner program also includes marketing support and strategic initiatives to support Outsourcery's ambitious growth plans.

It mentions that Parallels Automation provides Outsourcery with a complete end-to-end solution that automates all aspects of offering, delivering, managing and billing cloud services. Modules available include hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM, hosted Exchange, SharePoint and Microsoft Office Communications Server, available as pay-as-you go subscriptions.

"Cloud services like unified communications used to be out of reach to many businesses due to cost and IT infrastructure requirements," said Seth Nesbitt, Vice President, Service Provider Marketing at Parallels. "We are fortunate to have one of the UK's leaders in unified communications join our Partner program and bring enterprise-class cloud services to businesses through Parallels Automation."

Dan Germain, Head of Hosting at Outsourcery, commented, "We believe that all businesses, regardless of their scale and location should enjoy the benefits of unified communications to change the way they work. Our partnership with Parallels will enable us to enhance our business through improved automation and add new services and offerings to our customers."

Piers Linney, Joint CEO of Outsourcery, added, "We are delighted to become a Parallels Platinum Partner as this now means that Outsourcery will be able to offer a wider range of competitive services to customers and Channel Partners, whilst improving our service delivery and overall competitiveness. This has also enhanced Outsourcery's relationship with Microsoft as Parallels allows us and our partners to easily integrate and upsell additional services to customers."
